Today I Ran
Course: Treadmill - Light Run
Distance: 4 miles
Did a light, slow run today, after doing a squats/legs/biceps workout. Before I ran I started to feel some aching in my left heel. I really hope it's not plantar fascitis. Yet another reason to drop some pounds. And while I feel like I'm generally eating healthier and leaner, and my weekly calories burned must be much higher than a month ago, the weight just doesn't seem to want to go away.
