Today I Ran

Course: Santa Monica/Venice Beach
Distance: 6.68 miles
Unusual Circumstance of the Run: "Mmm... I love the smell of marijuana in the morning."

It's so much easier to run in California than in New York. I didn't have to run under a freeway. In fact, I ran on the beach. It was amazing! I hope the elation I felt from running was from the beautiful scenery, the excellent weather, and my runner's high, and not a contact high from the huge cloud of ganja haze I ran through in Venice.

I wanted to take a picture to post, but I haven't figured out the best way to bring my phone along on a run without it getting soaked with sweat. I'll have to add yet another running doo-dad to my gear wishlist...
