Today I Ran
Course: Treadmill (again) HR Zone Intervals
Distance: 4 miles
Nothing special to note, except that I can definitely feel my endurance and speed improving. Come to think of it, I guess that's pretty noteworthy.
Been reading a little more about training, and I realize now that I need to be patient. As long as I put in the miles, I'll get stronger and faster.
